What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle form of natural healing that involves massaging reflex areas on the feet. The feet represent a mini map of the whole body corresponding to all organs and systems.

By applying pressure to specific reflex points, you can pinpoint

areas that are in need of detoxification and help restore calm and balance to the body, alleviate disorders caused by stress, illness, injury and disease.
