"My reflexology experience with Louise felt very indulgent as well as extremely beneficial from a health perspective.  The lovely clinic space put me at ease right away as did Louise's reassurance that reflexology is perfectly safe and very helpful during pregnancy - as I was 22 weeks pregnant. 
The whole experience was very pleasant from the onset with a relaxing foot bath and delightfully scented foot creams that were used during the session.
Not having experienced a full therapeutic Reflexology session before, I was unsure of what results to expect, but was thrilled to note that my digestion had noticibly improved in the hours and day to follow, which was the major reason I had come along.  As a positive spinoff, I also felt much calmer after the session - much of my anxiety and stress had dissipated which was a fantastic result!
